Where are all these positive comments coming from' This is Rock Creek Ridge in North Bend right' I've met with dozens of neighbors in the past year that I've lived here. With few exceptions, ALL called this the ghetto of North Bend, or similar words. This place was built with poor quality materials in record time. You don't have to be more than 4-5 feet from your wall to hear with perfect clarity the conversations of your neighbors in the next apartment. At night, well, let's say privacy is a joke. I'm skiddish about being intimate with my wife because if I can hear them, I'm sure that can hear us.

They will lie to you about water and power bills. I was told to expect rougly $70-80/mo power bills in the winter. It's not even that low in the summer! We averaged about $140-150/mo last winter and our water/sewer is about $80/mo. Liar, liar pants on fire office staff' Truth is they will say or promise anything to get these places rented. We got a "bargain" of $1100/mo and were treated like royalty when we first moved in. Complain just one time and the honeymoon will soon be over. We are now on management's ---- list along with about a third of the tenants who are brave enough to complain.

No, we aren't bitter. We don't have an axe to grind. We aren't pissed. These are all things we were told by management when we moved in and commented on some of the negative things on this website. Truth is, this place is awful. My kids hate it here. My wife hates it here, even the dog hates it here. We dream of the day our lease is over.

It looks nice outside, and even nicer inside. But you've been warned. Stay away. Far away.
