I don't understand all that is complaining. I've been here for years and had nothing but pleasant experances all around. The residents that break the rules are probably ones to complain, but what do I know. This is a rental community, not a house. Of course you will hear your neighbors, ITS A RENTAL!!! Follow your lease and maybe you will be happy too!!!
