I don't understand what all the complaining is about. Your renting an apartment, someone lives on the other side of those walls, do you really think they can't hear you too' Come on! I'm sure they think you are just as loud or worse. I've lived in places that were a lot more expensive with a lot louder neighbors.
The staff has always been helpful and polite, they know who we are when we stop in and are always attentive to our needs.
There are draw backs..the power goes out a lot in the winter and the third world utility company is a little slow getting the juice back on again, the phone company is horrible, and the alarm company is okay but not the greatest. But then North Bend is a small town and I guess you just have to expect those things.
For those of you who complained and whined...MOVE we don't need you here any way.
