I would definately NOT recommend anybody moves into this place. I agree with alot of people on here. Hearing your neighbors up until 3am on a regular basis sucks. The parking is severely inadequate, forcing people to park down on the street and walk a couple blocks up a hill. Dogs roam around and nobody cleans up after them. When we moved in to this place we wrote a list of problems, like broken fixtures, and they assured us that somebody would be out to fix it soon. Well here it is 8 months later and guess what, still no sign of the repair person. We have called often to "remind" them we're still waiting on that repair...no luck.
