We have lived here for almost over 2 years and have never had any issue. It's quiet with great views, the maintenance staff addresses any requests right away and the management staff is very nice. Parking is never a problem; the units have garages and driveways so you always have your own spots to park (unless you have a really unorganized garage that you can’t fit your car into. Parking might be a pain for guests, though.) The construction is a bit shoddy; I certainly wouldn't buy a house with crooked molding but for it being an apartment and for the low rent it's more than worth it. The management staff offers upgrades of massage faucets in the showers, accent walls, etc. for free to the tenants. Overal, great place to live.
