This is a final review, after moving out of Rock Creek. Overall, this was a nice place to live. But it was on a steady decline when I moved out. The type of cliental moving in was less than favorable which brought my opinion of the property down. Families moved in that did not care about the community or the people that lived there. These families would speed through the complex, park anywhere they wanted and management would do nothing about it. 3 or 4 times a week, accesses were blocked by people parking in fire lanes and in front of garbage lanes that would barely let a small car through, forget about a fire truck getting through. Bi-weekly activities for residents were reduced to bi-monthly activities. Parking is a nightmare due to families choosing to use their 2 car garage as storage for their crap rather than its actual purpose: PARKING CARS IN THEM! I was able to park 2 vehicles (1 car and 1 truck) in them and still have room for garage items!

Now the good things. Maintenance personnel are VERY knowledgeable and fix things right! I have come to appreciate this because in my new apartment complex, the maintenance is crap and they are notorious for rigging things up to work rather than fixing it properly. I find myself having to go behind their work and fix it right (thank goodness I'm handy.) So Rock Creek's maintenance is a blessing. The apartments ARE luxury. Most places use that term very loosely, but at Rock Creek it is truth. The appliances are new model, brand name (Whirlpool) appliances. Folks, that makes all the difference! The management and staff are friendly, but the do keep the companies interests in mind. I would have stayed at Rock Creek, but with the rising price of fuel, the distance away that North Bend is from major cities, and the rise in monthly rent ($100 increase,) I could not afford to stay. But if you work close in the area or fuel prices are no problem, then Rock Creek Ridge is a nice, luxury apartment for you.

Once again this is the managment leaving comment to mislead you. Why would SO MANY people take time out of their own day to leave bad comments on rental units? Come on, you know that's lame of you Mr. Managment!
