At first glance these units looks very nice, spacious ceilings, grand kitchens, but after living there a year, I got tired of being woken up from sleeping when my neighbor was peeing in the bathroom. I got tired of my living room floor shaking because the kids next door were playing in their living room. I esp. got tired of having no parking for visitors. I drive a pickup, and there was barely enough room for it to fit in my parking space, and getting it in the garage was a near impossibilty! The units are all so smashed together, that you always feel spied on, and know everything about your neighbors. My biggest complaint is that the rent is too high for the quality of the units. Yes the scenery is nice, but you live INSIDE your townhome, you don?t live OUTSIDE where the scenery is nice. They also were constantly adding new fees to our rent that we weren?t supposed to pay (sewer, garbage).





My only compliment is that they have an excellent maintenance team.





In my opinion...find something else.
