reminds me of those apartments in college that were considered a "zoo." although its beautiful by day, all the dregs come out here at night and party from 7 to 2am almost every day. Summer is a joke as apparently, all the kids in North Bend have access to the club house and pool and consider it the North Bend City Pool. Me and my wife are outta here as soon as our house is built in the next few months. It will be miserable here until then. Management does absolutely nothing despite multiple complaints. I guess this explains why by neighbors' car was stolen, another's was broken into, probably many others I don't know about. Say, does anybody know who owns this place' The mangers guard this informaton pretty well and I'm wondering who insures the property' It's gonna take a kid drowning after hours before someome takes notice and the insurance company that has this liability ought to know about the danger and all the public using the facilites all the time in the dark and all.
