I have been living here with my husband and son for over a year, and believe me, I have lived in TRUE hell holes as well as some exceptional properties and this is one of the latter. parking is ample. the units either have a two or one car garage and then space out in front of it for another, so of course if you have 3 or more cars, i can see an inconvenience. As for partying...'''' never experienced this problem. The dog problem must have been something in the past, becuase there is a wonderful groundskeeper who daily cleans up any messes that lazy pet owners may leave behind (even though there are pet poop stations complete with baggies positioned throughout the property). So the play ground area is always tidy. The maintenence team is exceptional and very quick with any complaints. I find that the management are very polite and accomodating, and there is always some kind of community event taking place, be it free dinners, breakfasts, crafts for the kids, after school snacks, football parties etc. Most of these compaliants are from older management teams i am sure, becuase nothing rings true today.
