The overall apartments are ok. Poorly laid out-draft from garage makes the living room cold and no bathroom on the main level. Counters are taller than usual which I loved. Walls are pretty thin as we contantly heard our neighbors. There is a huge dog problem which management gave out many "warnings" but nothing came of that. They kept telling me they were going to do something about it and make a dog run...never happened as long as we were there. I constantly made complaints and nothing came of it. The courtyard is just a dog pooping ground. It's terrible. You can't play with your kids without stepping in something. The dogs on leashes is not enforced and big dogs run freely. Ok place for those that have a dog. Not a good place if you are looking to play outside with small children. They also increased our rent by $300 after a year-we moved.
