What is seemingly a nice apartment village in a beautiful setting is a jungle of children running wild, a pool house out of control, and drug deals exchanged out on the pavement at night once all of the managers go home at 6:00PM. And because you are so remote out in North Bend, there is little to be done. Additioanlly, there is a high rate of crime with cars getting stolen weekly with management taking on no responsiblity. During the summer months when kids are out, people loiter outside on the pavement starting at 9 in the morning and lasts until 10 or 11 at night. Sometimes they get so loud that you have to call the police just to make the crowds of people go home. I wonder if there is a large # of section 8 people that live here as there seems to be a great many adults outside, often, that have nothing to do. They are out there when I leave for work (At various times of the day as I have a flexible schedule) and the same crowd of people are also there when I get home. There is also a large population of teenaged males running around the property that are very agressive, loud, rude, and who also seem to have nothing to do without any supervision of any kind. They must belong to the people that live there that actually do have jobs. All in all it is a zoo of noiseand kayos. I would not recommend this place for any responsible family or working professionals until they clean out all of the riff raff. Thank god I will be moving out and will warn everyone I can. There is also an extremely high turn over in management and the brand new one they just got is super rude so don't be fooled by the advertisements of new managmenet which happens about every six months.

Ok, I lived here during the same time and this is just funny! Ha, ha, ha!!! I by NO MEANS recommend Rock Creek Ridge, in fact it's a terrible rip off... BUT nothing of what this user says is true. I have NEVER seen people just hanging out walking around all day. He's probably just extremely anal and saw a couple kids hanging out on their days off since not everyone works M-F 9-5. Cooks work the opposite shift so it would make sense for you to see them when you leave and get home. They work from 6-midnight or later!
