Have lived here for 2 years, previous owner & their mgmt was FANTASTIC! New owners came in nearly 2 years ago and it has been downhill since. Threatening letters, lack of response to concerns/issues, the manager, Jamie (sp') when responding to a question in person will not look at you. He looks at one of the staff and then has them relay his response to you, as if you are not even there.

Also, with the new owners, long time residents have moved and been replaced with short termers who speed through the complex, and in general are rude (just like the staff).

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

The unfortunate side of Property Management and apartment living is that you agree to live by a certain set of guidelines when you move in. If you do not follow the guidelines, reminders are sent asking you to please remember your covenants agreed to at lease signing. Our intent is certainly not to be rude, but if you're out of line or breaking rules you might consider that we are responding to complaints about your behavior. I'm sure if you complained about someone, you'd want the problem resolved quickly and not repeated! As for my personal practice of meeting with residents, if my staff is handling the problem and simply needs to clarify or ask my permission to go forward with thier course of action, I see no reason to step in and take that opportunity away from them.-Jayme Buhlman, Community Manager

Ya ... but you do come off as being rather indifferent at times Jayme ... and this is from person experience (take it as constructive criticism).
