Looks like a wondeful place but there is hidden danger.

Transients found living in adjacent woods.
Did experience one break-in during the first 3 months of residence.
Community is NOT pet friendly.
Neighbors intentionally try to get others evicted.
Teens "dealing" in their driveway.
Poor craftsmanship in units.
Parking violators are not punished.
Management is prejudice and unhelpful.
In my option you are better off paying a little bit more for a better community.

As the manager since July 2006, I have not received one report of a break-in occuring in a home or a vehicle. This community has the lowest crime of any property I've worked at or heard of in my 6 yrs in the property management field. This may be one reason why nearly every division of law enforcement is represented in our resident profile.
As for Parking, fire lanes are a constant battle and I believe we are responsive toward violations. The proof I believe is in the fact that on a Friday/Saturday night you might find one or two cars in the fire lane now instead of 10-15. If everyone used their garages for parking instead of storage there would not be a parking problem in this community. -Jayme Buhlman, Community Manager
