Rock creek was acceptable at first, there is no where else in north bend really, but it has just gone down hill FAST since we moved in a year and a half ago. I liked the old management a lot better, they would help us get good deals so we didn't get ripped off every month. now they want us to pay almost $500 more a month than just 4 months ago, i don't think it's fair to just raise our prices all the time!! I hate our floor plan, it sucks not having a bathroom on the main floor! Everywhere you steep upstairs creaks like crazy! I'm so lucky because i only have one neighbor, so noise isn't too bad. the thing that Really irks me though, is all the DOG POOP EVERYWHERE!!! i can't even walk out of my house without steping in it, unless i do a little dance to get around it! it's ridiculous. Parking is absolutly absurd!!!! my neighbor has 3 cars, so he has a car in the fire lane every night! but if i have a friend come over for an hour, they get towed or yelled at to move. it's so irritating. I really like the JUNGLE OF HILLBILLIES review, it seems quite true, there are always more people home than seems normal.

If you're reading this, just remember how few negative postings there are compared to the 233 units we have running at a constant 95-97% occupancy for the past 8 months. No other community in the area has been able to maintain numbers such as these and it is a direct reflection on the service, value and quality here at Rock Creek Ridge!-Jayme Buhlman, Community Manager

I would imagine that your 95-97% occupancy has something to do with supply and demand for the area!! Really, there are no other options in North Bend for people to live.

Having lived at Rock Creek Ridge for several years, I can sincerely state that the conditions of both the units and grounds have deteriorated significantly. While I do not place the blame for this on the local management team, rather, it is placed squarely on the 'new' California based property owners and their single-minded focus on increasing profit (there is no rent control in North Bend)at the expense of their tentants. It's about the money folks ...
