We are very happy and comfortable here. Luckily we didn't give any credence to all of the negative reviews we read on this site before moving in.... Our conclusion is that they were submitted by evicted tennants. Our corner unit is surrounded by nice views of Mt. Si and lots of trees. It is very private and quiet. The units are nice with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, kitchen with tons of storage, etc. The staff is great. Upon move-in, you get your choice of bonus upgrades, such as painted accent walls, lighting kits, etc. One of the main reasons we moved here is because they are also dog-friendly! We plan to stay for awhile as long as our rent stays the same. It's a very nice place to live.

Hey you're one less person renting good housing that I am looking for! Yeah stay there forever! And I question your honesty concidering don't want to post your contact information. You sure did a good job of selling this place if you don't already maybe you should try and get on their staff!

I'm sure having a corner unit helps a lot,and I'm also sure your only there for the view. people have been really truthful on this web site.I hope you get your rent raised $2000.00

Having been a former tentant .. I can guarantee you that your rent will be going up. This (and the visible deterioration of the property) were the overriding factors for my leaving. I determined that when you add up all the various charges (sewage, garbage, mandatory cable, electric wall unit heating, thin insulated walls ..) the increased rental costs vs. purchasing a home are relatively equivalent.
