I can't be more happy having moved out of Rock Creek Ridge!! This has been the biggest rip-off imaginable. What seemed nice at first was only a facade. The 'craftsmanship' is a JOKE. Our floors creaked constantly; the paint job was horrible, and the walls are paper-thin. Worst of it was the sliding hill into our backdoor- which was promised to be fixed the day we moved in and NEVER was. Further, the last couple months we lived there- cracks developed in the garage along the wall allowing water to come in and nearly flood the garage. Again, they came to look at it and nothing was done to fix the problem!! The bills are out of control- you are much better off paying a mortgage (it will be just about the same cost). I advise everyone looking into the place to reconsider.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry your stay was not as you had hoped, our goal is that all of our residents leave here happy and wanting to refer others to live here. As for your problems, I find it funny that you never once complained durring your short stay here about the squeaky floors or the paint job as I would have been happy to send my maintenance staff in to fix those things. As for your "sliding hillside" no promises were broken in this repair not being started as it was told to you that good weather would be needed to make the repair which given our current weahter patterns will be late summer...you just left too soon. As for the garage, when you had myself and Chris over to inspect there was no water in your garage or coming out of the cracks on the wall. I asked you to let us know if you saw water coming from those cracks and we would have a masonry company come out and fix the problem. Since our company not only manages, but also owns this community we have no problem spending any monies necessary to fix maintenance issues of any type. And for the record, it rained very hard yesterday and there are no traces of leaking in your former garage.-Jayme Buhlman, Community Manager

You forgot the rotting decks!

And don't forget the endless 'pooch presents' that routinely showed up everywhere ... it really made for an enjoyable trip to the post boxes every evening.
