My boyfriend and I lived in one of the units for a year and never had any issues. The area of the complex we lived in was fairly quiet except for the few kids that would sometimes play outside. I also found that dog owners were very polite and always picked up after their pets.
Had it not been for my boyfriend's job in Seattle (about 32 miles away) we would have stayed longer. The only thing that I would agree with is the guest parking situation. Whenever we had friends over we would have them sometimes park in the street and then we would drive down to pick them up so that they wouldn't have to walk up the hill. You have to at least give some credit to the management for trying to deal with the parking. They recently changed the parking near the mail boxes from parallel to angled parking to fit more cars. Jason in the management office has always been very friendly and is the type of guy that will wave at you when when you cross him in your car. The rest of the staff was always very nice. I believe that some of the bad reviews are coming from people that didn't pay their rent and got evicted.

In contrast, we did pay our rent on time, and after our 14 month lease, we moved due to management office being rude, the walls being so thin you could hear your neighbors talking, and the awful parking situation. After moving, we were unethically charged for many things, such as cleaning, when we did in fact have the apartment cleaned, and the removal of a barbecue that was left behind from a previous tenant, this was on our neighbors porch, not ours. I think it is very demeaning for you to say that the only reason someone could be unhappy there is if they were evicted. I am sure this is the case for some, but you cannot make a blanket statement and not expect to offend some, myself included. For the price we payed we could have rented a full house in the North Bend/Snoqualmie area.

Reviewed before, pay rent on time, still live here, have for nearly 3 years, and still not evicted. Some things have improved, Manager has become more friendly, and Jason has always been friendly and helpful. My problem is still with the overall tone of communications with residents - recently, we forgot to pay our water/sewer/garbage bill on time and were about two weeks past due (my wife & I thought each other had paid it). We received a letter on our door reminding us, but also reminding us that we were in breach of our lease and that the lack of an immediate response would put our lease in jeopardy. Were this a one time thing, I would not have a problem, but every communication has a negative, threatening and condecending tone to it. I just don't believe that customer service should be handled this way. Also, I don't appreciate the steroetype of people with complaints are neredowells who don't pay their bills.

Like the others, we paid our rent early each month and yet, we were still treated extremely poorly by Management (excluding Jason). Thankfully, we now own our home and no longer have to deal with the unethical charges and demeanor for a place that is below standards.
