I've been here 1-1/2 years and absolutely love it. My only complaints are the smokers surrounding me, but that has NOTHING to do with anything but my neighbors. Maybe some day there will be smoke-free complexes! Sorry - I'm a reformed smoker. Maintenance, what little there is, is quickly addressed. Christmas eve my garbage disposal backed up. I told them it could wait until after Christmas, but 1/2 hour later, up drove maintenance and fixed it. And look at our surroundings - nested in the foothills, so beautiful.

I've been in many apartment complexes, and this one is very professional, clean and consciencious about their tenants. I love it here and hope that I never have to move. Pam
