We will be moving out. It's just gotten too pricey when there are so many deals out there now. However We like so many things about Rock Creek Ridge. A nice tranquil setting, the two car garage, high ceilings, huge kitchens with islands, tall counters,great neighbors, lots of storage,nice sized rooms, security systems,designer paint colors, huge windows. We also have the upgrades so they add touches of a home and not an apartment. When we have guests over they are impressed by it inside I call it our Pig with lipstick on... I could upload a picture, and you'd think our townhouse was out of a magazine could be our stuff making it look better too haha! So visually its attractive inside. I used to like the levels until our baby was born! Now I hate all the stairs with her safety in mind!
BUT we also have things we don't care for. Rock Creek Ridge wasn't built very well some spots in the floor feel weak like they could break the floors squeak like crazy, mold in master shower that wont leave no matter what I do, no bathroom on main floor, Hard to heat I get $150.00 heating bills, the carpet in ours is shot no pad left should have been replaced, closet space is small in bedrooms, small stack able washes and dryers, you can hear your neighbors talking(and we have good neighbors),the decks are sooo small, Only two windows upstairs and two down, We miss Jamie the old manager, Little kids are allowed to play in the streets, people don't pick up after their dogs, pricey for North Bend, nothing to do out here have to go to Issaquah for everything.
So we will miss some of the things about Rock Creek Ridge. But are happy to leave as well. I am not here to bash RCR. I've seen way worse! I am just here to let other families know what we have liked and disliked about living here.
