We lived at RCR for a while and there were alot of great things about it. The last two managers were not one of those things. Power kicks galore. Get everything in writing from this place or they will charge you ridiculous move out fees. It doesn't matter at this place how nice you leave it. You will still pay. The heat bills in the winter months are crazy and you will still be freezing with the thermo. at 65 degrees and a $150 bill monthly. (No insulation.) The units have extremely noisy creeky floors. Are the buildings slowly sliding downhill' It used to be a classier place and now it has those tacky plastic "move-in special" apt. signs that noone wants where they live, and those used car- lot balloons up in the sky. They just painted all the units though last summer which made a huge difference and may explain why it isn't in their budget to fix other things. Long story short- the rent goes up every time you re-sign so that is why we finally moved.
