Then bend you over once you leave; get lots of photos, affidavits even record your conversation with the manager upon move walk through!

I liked Jason and the new manager Missy seemed nice, but man they (corporate) really give it to ya upon moving out.

I am taking them to court and will file a class action against their slimy tack ticks they know the rental laws and know that not all folks do and try and take advantage of this.
Make sure you fight every dime they try to get out of you after moving out and for god s sake please do not sign any lease longer than six months no matter what the offer is!

There is a reason for free rents being offered, balloons on every corner, large rental banners and advertisements of free rent all over North Bend.

Take your time look around North Bend is a great place to live Rock Creek Ridge is not!!!

My name is Jack. I got bent over too. Place is a scam and a joke DO NOT MOVE TO ROCK CREEK RIDGE!!!!!! I don't know how the managers could sleep at night. I'm sure it is hard to find a job right now (especially entry-level positions.) WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT BE A FOOL AND MOVE IN HERE!!!!!! Keep looking!!!
