My husband and I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING (and I do mean everything!) your neighbors are saying and doing. The construction is very cheap and there are deep cracks forming in the garage that were not there when we moved in. There are also some superficial cracks forming on the walls. It does have a pool, but don't even think about using it! It's generally full of screaming children with minimal supervision. Frankly, we can't wait to get out of them! I will say that the staff is very friendly and the maintenance people are great and usually respond the same day you call. One big plus is that North Bend is a beautiful little town and the apartments are farily well kept on the outside. Unfortunately, these are about the best thing going in the area, but there are only 2 or 3 other apartment complexes, so that's not much of an achievement!
