You don't want to live here unless you like mold, noise, cold drafty rooms, excessive charges, high electric bills, rude staff and a really nice pool.

READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ABOVE THE DEPOSIT!
