This apartment community is changing and improving greatly. Sense the NEW OWNER took over in September there has been great changes. We have a great Community Manager who really cares. They are remodeling the apartments with new carpet,new vinyal,new counter tops, new appliances,new ceiling fan. The work orders are now documented and they call and check to make sure the tenate is pleased with the work that has just been done to their home. They are improving on the quality of people who they let in to this community and relieving the ones who are not.
In the past this place was poorly ran but now it is run with great care and great customer service. That is what has been missing from here in a long time.
We have had our new community manager sense January and she is always available. She now has the office open 7 days a week and maintence on for 7 days and landscaping.
The pool is an issue that is being taken care of along with the grounds. We now have speed bumps to help with the security that people are slowing down. The drainage problems are being fixed and alot of them are fixed.
Don't over look this place it is a great time to be here and enjoy all the changes. If you are doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to fear.
Before Screening was not done or when it was done not well. But now our community manager wants it to be safe for all who live here and takes screening very seriously.
