The only positive review of these apartments sounds like a glorified, self-promotion from the management, or owner, themselves. The truth is that the tenants here pay for the outside lighting, the glorious new owner that was mentioned, tapped into the city's sewer lines without a permit, and when when repairs are made, they are often not done properly. Usually leaving black mold (The kind with spores that are detrimental to your health) growing in your apartment, hidden by sheetrock. They're shotty at best. Also, if you're into drugs, then you're moving into the right place. My wife and I found heroine, crack, needles, and other assorted paraphenalia in the parking lot.

That's right they say that they do background checks but they really don't and i am living proof of that.
