I have lived here for several years now and I have never seen a better staff than the one here at Abalon Point. There was actually a time when I was so embarrassed to tell people where I lived as this place had a pretty bad rep. The new managers are great. I feel like I'm safe here at night now and the grounds and cabana are truly beautiful. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood. Maintenance guys are always quick to fix anything. It may take a while to get in, (cause I hear they're full) but it's worth the wait.
