The difficulties that I have come across while inhabiting one of their apartments are as follows:

1. Beer bottles in front of apartment.
2. Cigarette butts everywhere.
3. Alcohol containers in front of apartment.
4. Questionable activities by neighbors (more than one apartment).
5. People blaring their music from their cars while they are coming and going. No respect.
6. Noise from neighbors (again, more than one apartment).
7. Lack of problem solving by management.
8. Difficult to work with management, I finally gave up.
9. People walking throught the complex yelling, screaming, fighting, etc...at all hours of the night.

I could probably go on and on; however, I have better things to do.

I have lived here for just about a year and cannot agree more! While I absolutely LOVE my apartment itself, the management is terrible at taking care of any problems. I am tired of looking at the beer bottles outside my neighbor's house (I have a toddler!) and I am tired of loud neighbors and nothing being done about them. As soon as I find a place that is as nice on the inside as my home is now, we are out of here!
