The management was great to me when I applied for the apartment, they held it for me, and then after I signed the paperwork and started to move in, a family emergency occured. I needed out of the lease that I had signed, the management worked very hard to find someone else to rent the aparment and move in just a couple of days later, I only had to pay for the week I had the apartment. If I ever have to find an apartment in Olympia in the future I will definetely come to Abalon Point.
