I have lived here at Abbey Rowe for 2 yrs, and I love it.
It is very clean because there is NO garbage inside the gates.
There is extra soundproofing,I hear nothing from between the walls.
I love the appliances, they never have failed but of course I take care of my things so they don't break.
The construction is flawless, the apartments look brand new all the time.
We are close to exit 114, so getting access to the freeway is easy.
We have cameras and are a great deterrant for crime.
We also Have a small playground that is away from the apartments and there is a camera, also a picnic table & park bench.
So you can take your little ones there for playtime and enjoy themselves too, oh they can BBQ there also.
I love my apartment.
