I moved here from the east coast last July(husband in the army) and had to choose an apartment based on what I could see online which left me very uncomfortable. Needless to say I made an excellent choice. For a while I thought we didn't have any neighbors because it was so quiet. I have never heard people's conversations through the wall like another tennant complained about on this site. Everytime I go through the gates they are closed (with the exception of a day we had a power outage). The apartment is super clean (it seemed as if we were the first tennants), very spacious, and the landscaping is beautiful and well kept. I have never had a problem with any of the appliances. The management is very friendly and helpful.

You have to be naive not to expect something to go wrong at some point in any apartment. But it is the way the management/maintanence handles the problems that makes a difference. The only problem we had was with our toilet. It would get clogged for no reason and we could not unclog it. This was due to a construction error when the building was built. The management worked with us to lend us another apartment to use for a few hrs while the plumbing and toilet was worked on/replaced. We have not had any problems since.

The only reason I am moving from Abbey Rowe is because we are getting a dog. And they do not allow dogs here anymore. Otherwise I would definately stay.
