My husband, child, and I have been here for about 4 months now. When we moved in, the apartment was infested with fleas, and we don't have a pet...so grose! They came in days later to exterminate. Fine. I have to vaccuum every day for two weeks. After the two weeks was up, still fleas. The management told me they didn't understand why there were fleas because the previous tenant did not have pets (yeah right!). So, they sprayed again. The exterminator told me he never has to re-spray unless the place is heavily infested. Disgusting. The assistant manager is rude and bitter. She seems to always have an attitude. I would to if my boss was 20 years younger than me..lol... I know, that wasn't nice. They are ----. I can't have a bag of trash on my front porch for even a few hours until my husband gets home to take it out... there is a $10/bag fee! The pool is nice, but isn't heated like they claim it is. Also, you can't bring any food to the pool, which sucks if you have little ones. It is safe, for the most part. The playground is secluded (though monitored via video), but I have a man approach my child and I then disappear in the woods behind the playgound (supposed to be a gated community). Oh, and there is a bar close by and they party all weeek long, even on sundays. Parking is assigned, so isn't a problem unless you have company. The apartments are small. Oh, also, about a month after we moved in, I sat on the toilet and it came up from the ground. (I am not fat) The seal was messed up and there was water on the ground and the floor had a huge soft spot. It was corrected promptly. Just thought it was funny because I had just moved in and already so many things were wrong. Can't waite to move. Oh, not "kid friendly". No skating, biking, or having fun for kids. But atleast it's quiet.lol. And, they claim to pay for your water, but I keep getting a bill saying I have gone over my water limit. My friend in the complex gets it too. lol. I have never in my life had that. Don't waste your time here. There are townhomes right behind here that are cheaper and bigger. Try them.

No one wants to see garbage in the breeze way/walk way of their apartment building, it's nasty and inconsiderate of you to do that. If you are charged for doing so then that will deter you from doing so again. Some parents will not accept responsibility for their children's actions and so I can understand if they ask that you do not ride bikes around the buildings because of the cars that are parked there.

I'm a resident here and I would like to point out the incompetency and stupidity of this lady. Would you like to smell garbage while you are in the stairway? And would you like to see the pool all messy with food and spilled drinks? 'coz kids do that and there's very little you can do about it- they're kids! And where the hell is the bar that she talks about? This place is as peaceful as it can get. I've got a bill for overusage of water too. But that was just once and that too coz there was a problem with the flush. Got that fixed (helpful staff) and haven't had to pay more since.
So yeah point is its not the apt. community, its you!
