We have lived here for about a year now and we are so happy. Both the manager and assistant manager are extremely nice. The maintenance does an excellent job (very speedy & efficient). So what, you can't have food in the public pool area (that is a state law). Personally I wouldn't want the pool to be infested with bugs or just by chance somebody breaks a glass bottle out there and someone steps on it. Also, I think it is great that people aren't allowed to leave there nasty garbage out by the front door who wants to walk by stinky garbage when they leave or enter there apartment anyways. My apartment is huge and a really good price for this area. I do receive a water bill from time to time when I use more water than what is alloted in the allowance ($3-$4 no big deal).
