I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

It's quiet, immaculate, and landscape is beautiful.

The office staff is very friendly and caring.

Some people say it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

The 'gated community' doesn't mean that they check ID card at the gate.

They have security cameras installed through out the complex.

Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly.

The office had fresh baked cookies everyday...My son's first stop after getting off school bus was..you know, the office.

It is close to many shopping and restaurant - Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, Coldstone Creamery, Panera Bread and other restaurant in 5 minutes.

Safeway, Big Lots in less than 10 minutes.

The only reason I moved out was (I had no choice) I'm in the Army and got deployed after living 9 months.

I am going back!

My husband is also getting deployed and we are going back to Nebraska while he is overseas. We are looking at these or the Brittany Lane ones, the only thing is Brittany Lanes apparently rips you off really bad when it comes to moving out. They keep your deposit and waaaay overcharge you for repairs. What was your move out experience at Abbey Rowe? Thanks!
