Way too noisy! I have never seen so many weird people confined in one area before. Has people hanging around that aren't supposed to be in the complex. One in particular, stays in multiple apartments harrasing other residents. Stay away from this dump!

True, so many weirdoes hang around here that don't live here! They do harass women, get drunk, fight. Tumwater Police here constantly!
