These apartments were kind of run down when I was living there. They may have changed a bit since then. They are really cheap and lots of poor people live here. I moved out when I could afford something better. I kind of got overcharged for damages that I didn't do which kind of made me mad, but overall I liked it, but I was a young single guy with a roommate looking to save money. If this is you, you could probably be ok with this place.
