Does not make a lease with a tenant, and instead insists on doing a month-to-month. Charges outrageous deposit, insisting that a few things in the apartment are new and "they have a lot of problems", then does not refund the deposit, and finds every way to avoid the issue of refunding it. Management comes into apartment and takes things. Does not keep accurate records, and will change the locks on the apartment and will hold your property, even if they admit they had cashed the check and had not realized you had actually paid. Convicted violent felons and offenders live in the complex which you come to find out once they offend again. Not a good place for families, the elderly or franky, really anyone. The rent is cheap at first, then gradually raises over a few months, at an average of $5 a month. Ouside is pretty embarrasing, parking lot is narrow, has cracked concrete, has too few spots and is garbage covered. Mailboxed are frequently broken into and also frequently opened by apartment management staff.
