IT WAS NOISY, NO SECURITY, AND POLICE VISITS WERE OFTEN, LOTS OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS, AND THE OVERALL STRUCTURAL INTEGIRTY OF THE CONSTURCTION WAS TERRIBLE
