I dunno who the violent felons were who were living there. I lived there for 10 months after moving in from out of state. The managers are EXCELLENT...they put up with a lot of crap and hosted a lot of dinners. They were lenient when I couldn't come up with the rent until a day late and ALWAYS tried to help me (they pretty much furnished my apt. for free). Overall...I would live there again. The rent always stayed the same as well.
