Bad managment, won't correct problems with the apartments. Wants tenents to pay for their own screens on the windows. Lets the gabage pile up at dumsters. Police are there EVERY DAY. Was told its safe place! Charges different prices for apts, not honest on apt. prices. This is NOT an nice place to live or to go visit anyone. Appliances not taken care of numbers worn off and won't replace. Lets non residents wander anytime on premises. Says residents can't work on vehicles but everyday someone is doing that. Terrible place, over charges for deposits.

Alpine Village is also the property that Donald Mason the peodophile was JUST caught videotaping children in the pool house, he is a perfect example of the lack of screening at this community. Parents BEWARE~ do not rent at any of South Sound Managements properties. All of Mark and Larry Melsnesses' communities are UNSAFE!
