This apt complex is relatively noisy. The cops are called out at least 2 times a week on a regular basis for various reasons. Police traffic is VERY HIGH. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled immediately; often have to put in multiple requests. Tenants are very weird, lighting in stairwells and parking is tenuous. Parking is often bad on weekends from numerous parties. Only move here if desperate. Don't recommend a year long lease.
