Before we moved in, they did everything in their power to answer all our questions, help us out,and what I felt was going the extra mile for us. Now, though, that we moved in, they could care less who we were. Work orders take waaay longer than necessary, and staff are just flat out rude.They seem like wonderful people that really want you to move in, until you actually become a resident. I would higly recommend looking somewhere else, where the staff are a little more courtesous and professional after you actually get locked into a lease.

Your behavior is all in your attitude. I have lived here one and a half years. This is the best Management and Maintenance team in any apartment complex I haved live in for my entire life. All anyone has to do is fill out a work maintenance form, talk respectfully and civily with management, and keep the peace.

I have lived here for 5 years and I have never seen the crew here be rude to anyone. They have always went the extra mile for everyone. Look at our community. This is what the crew here at Alpine has done for all of us. Since you've moved in---how have you been to the crew? Is the problem really you? Maybe since you locked yourself into the lease you have become the problem. It's amazing how many people come through here and are nice as pie to the staff and then once moved in show there true colors. It is sad to know that someone like you is living among us.

I have lived on this property for over 2 years and find the comments listed in this review are just not true. I have found that the Management and Maintenance staffs are both polite and knowledgeable; as for the Work Order statements in this review my experience could not differ more. I have had emergency work orders in the middle of the night and found a maintenance tech at my door within 15 or 20 minutes of my call, sometimes it isn??????t an emergency but they will communicate that fact with you and will indeed schedule the repairs at your convenience. The person who wrote this review obviously has issues with Alpine Village and whether real or perceived they are, in my opinion, an exception rather than the rule. All in all Alpine is a nice place to live.
