Price Gouging, Shoddy Construction,

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
Unethical price gougers,
Mold growing on walls,
Water seepage problems,
Frigid in winter,
Kept our deposit and dragged us to court for another couple thousand for damages which were caused by their water problems!
They didn't win, so they filed again three years later.
A nightmare. Wish I'd never lived there, nor ever gave them a dime.
