The pool and clubhouse were great. All the staff were aways respectful and helpful. I had two mantainance requests and they were both dealt with promptly. The grounds have nice trees and never any trash.

The only problems we had were with a noisy neighbor; and you can smell cigarette smoke though the heaters or, in summer, from other decks. For a while the club house got a little too "singles" for my family, but that stopped.

There were a FEW black spiders, and mold does try to grow, but these are taken care of by your own good housekeeping.

Parking could be crowded, but we always found a space in front of our own building.

Apple Park is also a good place for dogs as it is right by Yauger Park.

Also, we got most of our deposit back within two business days of final walk-through. Very pleased with that.

I would highly recommend Apple Park, but I think a lot depends on your close neighbors.
