Great place with firm (but fair) management

These websites can be a bit frustrating because they become areas for unhappy tenants to vent their anger publicly. I, for one, loved Apple Park. The location was perfect (immediately adjacent to the wonderful Yauger Park), the facility was always well-maintained, the pool and fitness rooms were great for an apartment complex, and the management great. Yes, they could be firm sometimes, but they certainly never tried to enforce any rules that weren't in my lease.
Due to a job transfer I recently had to move. Apple Park let me out of my lease as long as I moved to another Bianco-owned facility -- something I was happy to do given the way that Apple Park had been run. The items deducted from my damage deposit after I moved from Apple Park were perfectly reasonable and things I expected to pay for.
Sure, it would be better not to live at an apartment at all. But, having lived in several, I think you could do a LOT worse than Apple Park.

Hi Dawn (The Manager) It's great to see you up to your old tricks.... Folks, do yourself a favor and research these "reviews". This manager reviews her self (careful, you'll go blind doing that!) everywhere she works.... Stay Away!
