I'm not currently living in Apple Park but for the three years I did live there, I never had a problem. I might have had a leaky faucet once that was fixed promptly, but other than that, I don't recall any maintenance issues. I also did not experience any mold issues but I lived on the second floor of "Z" building and perhaps the issue is limited to ground floor units. Yeah, parking is limited and you sometimes wind up two buildings away from yours, but there are worse problems in life I guess. The grounds were always well maintained as was the clubhouse/pool. The walls are kind of thin, but no worse than many of the apartments I've lived in. Maybe things are different now, but three years ago it was an okay place to live. Oh yeah-walking distance to just about everything you could want was nice.
