I rent an apartment at Apple Park and recently had a friend of mine come and stay with me. Now, he's only been here for 10 days, and is planning on moving out tomorrow which makes it well within the 14 day limit that the lease states. However, --------------, on of the rudest, most crass women I have ever met, has treated my friend with the utmost disrespect with being here. She has given him snide remarks, making him feel very unwelcome.

My friend has a right to come and visit me, and even stay for a while, as long as it's in accordance with the lease. This woman goes out of her way to make people feel bad. My friend is an Iraqi war veteran, and just down on his luck. He risked his life for the freedoms she enjoys every day.

Today she came and delivered a 3 day notice to quit to him, while he was packing his things. He was polite and respectful to her, and she gave him the nastiest look I've ever seen. You could tell she was saying, "I'm going to hide behind my legal notices and make sure you have no place to live." Luckily, my friend does have a place to live.

I would highly recommend NOBODY rent from this place. This is only ONE of a long list of complaints about the management. Our next door neighbors have been trying to get their hot water heater fixed for the last 3 months. They keep saying, "We sent someone but nobody answered the door." When I house sat for them for 2 DAYS STRAIGHT to make sure that I could answer the door.

Please, for your own sake, rent somewhere else! We are moving out as soon as our lease is up, this place is worse than prison!
