I rented at Apple Park for 3 years. The office staff is not only rude and condescending but dishonest as well. I paid a rather substantial pet deposit plus a
monthly fee for a small dog. I was very careful to keep my apartment fastidiously clean. I kept area rugs under the dining room table, in the living room and bedroom. At my walk through I was dinged for rust on the inner door of the freezer...and some "yellow" stains on the carpet of the dining room floor. I was charged $545.00 for carpet cleaning. Even if the "yellow" stains could be attributed to my dog, my question is, " What is the pet deposit and monthly pet fee for''" Would you assume it is for carpet cleaning''' At my final walk through I asked about carpet cleaning and was told by the staff..." it depends on what the carpet cleaning people say....we contract that out....when my final refund arrived I was shocked to see the carpet cleaning bill and I think it was very inflated, and as the folks who wrote a similar review, I had no receipt or proof that this was even necessary or actually done. Apple Park has become nothing more than a ghetto. It is old, outdated, suffering rot and mold issues. Had I known my deposit would be kept I would have vacated without as much as a quick vacuum. I am happy to say, Apple Park is in my past....

Well if Dawn is the manager there then there is your answer - she is one of the filthiest criminals in Thurston County - Aside from being just an overall nasty person, she is also a confirmed liar and has stolen thousands of dollars from people over the years. I had hoped someone would have gotten her prosecuted by now (or hopefully worse)
