Used to be a nice place, then we went through 5 that's right, FIVE, managers in 2 years all because the rich old biddy that owns the place won't pay for anything to be fixed.
No lawn maintenance, nothing gets fixed except in a haphazard manner that whoever is unfortunate enough to be the manager du jour has to pay for out of their own pocket.
Then she raised the rent $25 supposedly so we'd have more dumpster pickup and that was last March, so far, it's still only once a week.
Now the old bat threatens to fine us $10 if we make the check out to the name of the complex and not into her own name.
What the hell is that''' Other than her cheap --- attitude, the apartments are spacious and a good price, just hope you don't mind it when someone tries to break in because there are no outside lights to speak of..........
