Used to be a nice place, then we went through 5 that's right, FIVE, managers in 2 years all because the rich old biddy that owns the place won't pay for anything to be fixed. No lawn maintenance, nothing gets fixed except in a haphazard manner that whoever is unfortunate enough to be the manager du jour has to pay for out of their own pocket. Then she raised the rent $25 supposedly so we'd have more dumpster pickup and that was last March, so far, it's still only once a week. Now the old bat threatens to fine us $10 if we make the check out to the name of the complex and not into her own name. What the hell is that''' Other than her cheap ass attitude, the apartments are spacious and a good price, just hope you don't mind it when someone tries to break in because there are no outside lights to speak of..........
