I love living here because I have TONS of space. I can open my dishwasher and fridge at the same time with no issue and could easily have 4 or more people in the kitchen with elbow room plus. There is a cool bar with it's own outlet for the blender and storage under for the booze. Large bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, kitchen, and deck. I looked all over town and didn't find more space! Dish washer, washer, dryer, disposal in all units and 1 covered parking space. We have a landscaper who is lovely but she gets upset by the big dog turds that get left around.
Ok now with the bad:
Parking is limited and some couples or singles have 2-4 cars. There was one woman who had 5 cars at one time! Guest spots are very limited and so people park their cars in stupid spots. There isn't enough pick ups for the recycling and the residents can't figure out that they coudl save us all a little headache if they broke down their boxes. lighting can be an issue but it is getting better. No one onsite to help. Louise is sweet but old and living over an hour away. So when things break she will ask you to fix it but I had no problems getting my money back from her. She hires on these people who say they are going to fix things and then they refuse to answer their door! She keeps telling us to talk to the guy who lives in C but he will not answer the door. Other repairs that are not urgent won't get fixed. On move in expect your apartment to be dirty- they don't clean anything other than the carpets- which I have never seen a carpet guy there so that is their word. When I moved in my apartment was dirty, the carpet was past due for replacement, the dish washer leaked, the drains were clogged and the walls had crappy paint that resembles more of a primer... they didn't paint more than touch ups.
But I love living here. And never want to leave. The space and the rental rate make all the headaches worth it!
