The Bellwether is a place where corners have obviously been cut in order to maximize profits. While the development has a polished and professional look, the facilities are poorly maintained; the management is -- with one notable exception -- rude; and they are on you like a bad suit if your rent is one day late. The noise at night is unbelievable, as is the vandalism at the back pool -- which the management bemoans and does nothing about (other than close the pool -- which is why I moved there in the first place). This is perhaps a decent place for a short-term crash but do NOT plan to live there for long.
